As a four decade plus resident of Orlando, Jeff's knowledge of his hometown enables him to guide and educate his clients in the nuances of each neighborhood. He studies the real estate market daily, staying on top of trends to inform his clients of developing opportunities and offer the best advice possible. Not only does Jeff have the knowledge of emerging and popular Orlando neighborhoods, he knows the retail and fine dining opportunites of each one. "I can tell you the difference between SoDo, Wadeview Park and the Delaney Park areas, plus more," says Jeff.

As a Sports and Entertainment Residential Specialist, Jeff works with athletes from all of the sporting angles and those in sports supporting roles. Many in various aspects of the entertainment industry, from rising DJ club stars to music producers to stage performers and even those in the fashion industry have sought Jeff out to connect with the possibilities of including Orlando properties in their real estate portfolios.

Jeff's business background has been paved with successes. A 25 year career in banking and finance lead to a stellar career in travel and hospitality. Jeff knows the importance of providing legendary service to his clients and transitioned to his career in real estate. "I didn't just jump in to real estate on a whim," states Jeff. I did a lot of reasearch and knew this work is not easy. To be successful at anything you set your mind to, requires a lot of work and thought. Real estate agents don't turn on lights, open the drapes, be a tour guide and leave in their car.
