That’s the moment I exist for.

My name is Shelley Chappell. I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 2004, and for over six years before that, I worked inside the builder model homes — D.R. Horton, Lennar — learning the new construction world from the inside out. I know how builder contracts work, which upgrades actually add value, and what questions to ask that most buyers don’t even know to ask.

I’m also a U.S. Navy veteran. And what that means in practical terms is simple: I do what I say. I communicate. I show up. I give you real information — not a number pulled from thin air, not a vague answer designed to keep you comfortable. You’ll hear from me with showing feedback, market data, and honest guidance at every step.

I serve buyers and sellers across Gainesville, Newberry, Ocala, and all of North Central Florida.
